What is All-star?
Like Echolink and IRLP, All-star is a network using VoIP to link amateur radio stations over the Internet.
How can I start using All-star?
You can register your call-sign and email address on the AllStar Link Network website and then access the network via the WebTransceiver or the Telephone Portal. Once you have created an account, follow these steps.
