If you are indeed upgrading, rather than getting your first ticket, then it may be that the resource you used to get licensed in the first place is still the right place to go. But here are a few good resources to check out anyway:

Ready to upgrade?

When you are ready to attempt the exam, you will need to find a group of VEs to administer your upgrade test. The Mike and Key Amateur Radio Club website maintains a list of VE sessions in the area. Remember that when you pass you can use your new privileges immediately!
